AITCC Hotel Room types
A. Group Booking
1. All group bookings must include the following information: guest names, arrival dates and period of stay. Names of all group members must be submitted to AITCC at least 14 days prior to arrival otherwise the booking may not be confirmed.
2. To ensure guaranteed booking, a deposit equivalent to a ONE night stay can be paid upon confirmation of reservation otherwise the booking status will be regarded as tentative.
3. A cancellation fee equivalent to ONE night stay will be charged for NO -SHOW and for cancellation of guaranteed booking.
4. To avoid penalty fee as stated in clause 3, cancellations must be communicated to AITCC prior to arrival according to the following rules:
4.1 For guests coming from the countries whose citizens are not required to obtain VISA to enter Thailand for a 3-4 week visit, cancellation must be communicated to AITCC 14 days prior to arrival,
4.2 For guests coming from the countries whose citizens are required to obtain VISA to visit Thailand, cancellation must be communicated to AITCC at least 7days prior to arrival to avoid any penalty fees.
5. Tentative bookings made without advanced deposit will be automatically cancelled 2 weeks before arrival.
B. Individual Booking
1. All bookings must include the following information: guest name, arrival date and period of stay.
2. To ensure guaranteed booking, a deposit equivalent to a ONE night stay can be paid upon confirmation of reservation otherwise the booking status will be regarded as tentative. AITCC accepts a Credit Card Guarantee via fax, e-mail or internet.
3. A cancellation fee equivalent to ONE night stay will be charged for NO -SHOW and for cancellation of guaranteed booking.
4. To avoid penalty fee as stated in clause 3, cancellations must be communicated to AITCC prior to arrival according to the following rules:
4.1 For guests coming from countries whose citizens are not required to obtain VISA to enter Thailand for a 3-4 week visit, cancellation must be communicated to AITCC 14 days prior to arrival,
4.2 For guests coming from countries whose citizens are required to obtain VISA to visit Thailand, cancellation must be communicated to AITCC at least 7days prior to arrival to avoid any penalty fees.
